Responsibilities:
• Communication with customers in Thai language (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, email, live chat);
• Providing support to clients; help with current issues;
• Registration of information in the database;
• Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.

• Excellent knowledge of Thai language (both in speech and writing);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
