Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Agents. No prior sales experience is necessary—we provide full training! If you are confident on the phone, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in sales.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts and contact lists.Present products and services clearly and persuasively over the phone.Answer customer questions and handle objections with professionalism and courtesy.Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.Follow up with interested leads as needed.Collaborate with team members and attend regular training and coaching sessions.What We’re Looking For:No previous sales experience required – we provide full training and support.Strong communication skills and a clear phone voice.Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.Comfortable speaking with people over the phone in English.Basic computer skills and the ability to use email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.What We Offer:Base salary: $1,200 gross + big commission structure.Working hours available :2:00-11:00 AM (Night shift).17:00-2:00 AM ( Evening shift).Paid training and continuous coaching (If you pass the course).Friendly, team-oriented work environment.Opportunities for growth and promotion.Incentives, prizes, and recognition for top performers.For more information, send your CV.
