This is one of the nicest neoclassical registered listed buildings in the heart of the Old Town of Limassol. The building is 550, sq.m with option for a mezzanine about 100 sq. m and also has a unique roof terrace around 150 sq. m. plus kitchen and necessary facilities (included in the planning permit) so that the roof can be used for entertaining purposes. The building has a Planning Permit for office space which if necessary can be modified by the tenant according to his use and needs. All necessary documentation is readily available for the next step of a Building Permit application according to the tenant’s requirements. In the meantime a lot of the dirty work has been completed by the owner i.e. old plaster has been removed, stone walls were cleaned, most of the internal walls have been removed, old flooring which was in a poor condition has been removed. Also old plaster from the outside walls of the building has been removed, old stones were cleaned, and new plaster has been added. Balconies have been completely maintained, railings were sandblasted and repainted and finally the old broken wooden windows were replaced with new but of the same original wooden design.
