Our welcoming and fully equipped villa is composed of 3 bedrooms with balconies (all upstairs), two complete bathrooms, two extra guest toilets (one outside serving the swimming pool), one large living room with desk - connected with the dining area and kitchen.
Outside space is private and airily, with anti slippery floor marble, wooden pergola with sink and grill, wooden sunbeds, bicycles and garage for them, storage room, technical room and toilet, outside shower.
Organic passion fruit plants give amazing fruits two times per year!
Parking space enough for 4 cars.
The eco swimming pool is generous, UV filters (80% less chemicals) and pool maintenance is included, can be heated also by demand for an extra fee.
Photovoltaic systems are also producing enough electricity in the winter to cover all the necessary including the heating, if the energy bills exceed the subscription standard costs you’ll have to pay for the difference.
High speed internet is working very well but we can upgrade the speed if needed.
The offer is valid for maximum 4 adults as temporary tenants. Minimum stay is 3 months ! If less, the price will be adjusted accordingly (minimum 1 month).
Deposit and agreement are required.

200meters by the sea, 7 walking minutes to the sandy beach of the eucalyptus camping area of Polis Chrysochous.
Very private, quiet and spacious place!
Not a place to party and no pets are accepted inside the house !
