1. Αναγνωρίζει τις ανάγκες των πελατών και ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα σε αυτές δείχνοντας ενδιαφέρον, ευγένεια και ευχάριστη διάθεση2. Να διασφαλίζει την έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική διεκπεραίωση των λιανικών παραγγελιών του καταστήματος προς τον πελάτη. Να γίνεται καθημερινός έλεγχος .3. Να γνωρίζει και να εφαρμόζει το σύστημα F.I.F.O.):  First In First Out4. Να εφαρμόζει την υφιστάμενη πολιτική της Εταιρείας στην τοποθέτηση και παρουσίαση των προϊόντων με στόχο την αύξηση της ελκυστικότητας τους προς τους πελάτες και κατά συνέπεια την αύξηση των πωλήσεων. 5. Έχει την ευθύνη να συμπληρώνει τις βιτρίνες ανάλογα με τις ελλείψεις που προκύπτουν. 6. Να κάνει καθημερινός έλεγχο της ποιότητας όλων των προϊόντων και να αποσύρει αυτά τα οποία τα κρίνει ακατάλληλα για κατανάλωση, να ενημερώσει τους υπευθύνους του/της για να γίνει σωστή καταγραφή τους.7. Να ενημερώσει τους Υπευθύνους του/της για τυχών σπασίματα, συσκευές εκτός λειτουργίας ή άλλα προβλήματα τα οποία έχουν παρουσιαστεί. 8. Εφαρμόζει τους κανονισμούς εκπτώσεων, δωρεών, κ.α 9. Εφαρμόζει τις αναγκαίες ενέργειες για μείωση των απωλειών σε προϊόντα και πρώτες ύλες του καταστήματος10. Γνωρίζει και εφαρμόζει τη σωστή διαδικασίας διαχείρισης του Ηλεκ. Υπολογιστή και του ταμείου του καταστήματος. Να γίνεται καθημερινός έλεγχος ισοζυγίου ταμείου της βάρδιας του/της.11. Εφαρμόζει και τηρεί τις γραπτές διαδικασίες που αφορούν την καθαριότητα και υγιεινή του καταστήματος.12. Εφαρμόζει τους κανόνες προσωπικής υγιεινής και εμφάνισης.
