Requirements:

✅ More than 3 years of experience as a sushi chef (required)

✅ No visa problems

What will you do:

✅ Work with workpieces

✅ Check the quality of products and inform the manager on duty about unsatisfactory quality

✅ Prepare menu items in accordance with established rules, taking into account quality, portion size, appearance and food safety

✅ Receive orders from operators or a computerized system

✅ Communicate with operators to ensure customer special requests and food allergy issues are met

✅ Conduct regular inventories of food and other goods in the warehouse

✅ Ensure proper storage of all food products in compliance with expiration dates

✅ Sterilize all equipment used

✅ Ensure that the kitchen area and food storage areas comply with internal cleanliness standards

✅ Work daily with a list of unfinished products, prepare lists for the next work shift
