Recruitment specialist
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Limassol, while the person shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding and human resources employer- employee’s relations, working permits / migration, performance management, office administration and employees benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Source, headhunt, and interview candidates for various positions of all levels on a global scale to identify the best candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and other HR-related data.
• Establishment and maintaining relationship with recruitment agencies.
• Onboarding / Offboarding management of employees.
• Responsible for organizing HR Events and generating creative ideas
• Assisting with various migration tasks and processes.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in human resources and handling employee relations.
• Experience in headhunting with excellent recruiting skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience using HR software and systems.
