Responsibilities:Full cycle recruitment: sourcing, attracting, assessing candidates, interviewing, making hiring decisionsParticipation in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including the identification of effective talent acquisition channelsCollaboration with line managers to identify staffing needs, assess competencies, and agree on candidate requirementsAssisting teams with recruitment (line personnel, managers etc).
