We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and support our administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support to the management team.
*Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
*Schedule and coordinate appointments, and meetings arrangements.
*Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
*Maintain office filing systems and databases.
*Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
