The asset are four fields within the administrative boundaries of Pedoulas community, Nicosia district, approx. 1.1 km south and west of the community’s center and around 1 km north of Prodromos community. Registration 0/10578 is close to the Pedoulas – Kykkos main road, has an area of 3,679 m2, and an irregular shape with uneven surface. As per the official cadastral plan, the parcel is accessed from a footpath running along its southwestern border. Registrations 0/10336, 0/10580 and 0/11261 are ½, ½ and ¼ undistributed shares, respectively, have total areas of 799 m2, 818 m2 and 377 m2, respectively, and have irregular shapes with sloping surfaces. They are landlocked, however close to the Prodromos – Pedoulas main road. Registration 0/10580 abuts a footpath along its southwestern/ northwestern boundary. The wider area comprises primarily of mountainous vacant parcels of land with wild vegetation, as well as scattered dwellings, while within walking distance is the community center with all traditional stone-built outdated houses, mainly of continuous construction.

Registration 0/10578 falls within Agricultural Zone Γ3, 0/10336 and 0/10580 fall within Residential Zones H2 and H1 respectively, while 0/11261 falls within Nature Protection Zone Z1.
