Ενδεικτικά καθήκοντα της θέσης: Οι κάτοχοι της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνοι/ες για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης προς τους επισκέπτες των καταστημάτων, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και τις διαδικασίες της Starbucks. Ειδικότερα θα φροντίζουν για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, την παρασκευή ροφημάτων βάσει προκαθορισμένων συνταγών, την πώληση προϊόντων καφέ και συνοδευτικών προϊόντων φαγητού, καθώς και την διατήρηση ενός καθαρού και φιλικού περιβάλλοντος για τους επισκέπτες των καταστημάτων. Μέσα από την εργασία τους οι κάτοχοι της θέσης θα δημιουργούν για τους επισκέπτες των καταστημάτων μας την εμπειρία Starbucks, όπως αυτή παρέχεται σε όλα τα καταστήματα Starbucks διεθνώς.
