Job for cleaning for airbnb with accommodation

We are seeking 2 dedicated and experienced cleaning ladies to join our team as a live-in staff member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our rental units, providing a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** 1. Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb apartments between guest stays, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. 2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs. 3. Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils. 4. Change bed linens, make beds, and provide fresh towels for incoming guests. 5. Empty trash bins and replace liners. 6. Check inventory of essential supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens, and restock as needed. 7. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager promptly. 8. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests( in case you come in contact with them). **Qualifications:** 1. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a hospitality or Airbnb setting. 2. Ability to work efficiently under time constraints, as quick turnovers between guest stays are often required. 3. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards. 4. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest interactions. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6.
