Wanted car rental agent/assistant

SIXT is seeking to recruit a Parking Agent! As a Parking Agent, you will be responsible for the parking area, in particular for the delivery and collection of vehicles.Description of job position:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:• Customer reception at the Parking Area and vehicle delivery.• Management of incoming and outgoing vehicles.• Performing the corporate check-out procedure on PC/mobile device for checking the vehicle's optimal conditions before putting the vehicle into use.• Complete management of the procedure for checking the vehicle's optimal conditions upon return.• Sending the vehicle for washing or any maintenance, respecting the timing of the service.Your Qualities:• Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.• Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.• Previous experience in Customer Service is appreciated (preference for experience in the car rental sector).• Excellent communication skills.• Flexibility and stress management skills.• Excellent knowledge and computer skills.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.• Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.• Must be willing to wear company uniforms.Why Choose Sixt?As a leading global mobility service provider, SIXT is well-known for innovative products and customer-orientated services.
