Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.- Coordinate and manage the Director's calendar, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources.- Act as a liaison between the Director and various stakeholders, demonstrating impeccable communication skills.- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports, leveraging your attention to detail and organizational prowess.Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience in secretarial roles, preferably within a project management context.- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, with the ability to assist in technical document preparation, are a must.- Proficiency in Autocad is an added value.- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team player.- Acceptable passports: EU / Ukraine / Romania / Russia
